1. Your choices
Non-essential trackers are disabled by default. You can accept, refuse or separately choose audience measurement and marketing. Your choice is kept for no more than six months and can be changed at any time through the « Manage my cookies » link at the bottom of each page.
2. Necessary cookies
HopStore uses local storage for your cookie preferences and may use technical trackers needed for security, language or the proper functioning of the site. They are not used to track you for advertising purposes.
3. Audience measurement
With your consent, Google Analytics measures aggregated site usage to improve content. Google Analytics identifiers, including _ga and _ga_*, may be set for a period defined by Google. We enable IP anonymisation.
4. Marketing
With your consent, the Meta Pixel measures campaign effectiveness and actions such as a demo request. It may use _fbp. HopStore does not intentionally send form contents, email addresses, phone numbers or other raw personal data in events.
5. Other providers
Google reCAPTCHA is loaded only when a form is submitted to protect HopStore from abuse. HubSpot processes commercial requests and SendGrid may send related alerts. These processing operations are described in our privacy policy.
6. Withdrawal and transfers
Withdrawal blocks future events and removes first-party identifiers accessible to HopStore. Third-party cookies are controlled by their provider’s domain and can also be removed through browser settings. Google and Meta may involve transfers outside the EEA, subject to the safeguards described in our privacy policy.
